Remember that it’s LeighAnne Westenkirchner’s job to investigate foster parents and revoke foster home licenses. She has falsely accused Las Vegas foster parents of physical and sexual abuse of their children, engaging in romantic relationships with foster childrens’ biological parents, mentally abusing foster children, depriving foster children of food, and numerous other foster home license violations. Pursuant to Nevada law, LeighAnne does not have to prove any accusations she makes. She simply fabricates license violations and foster parents cannot defend themselves. She has also conspired with other DFS top ranking officials to revoke foster home licenses by way of false accusations.

Recently, LeighAnne and her fellow left wing Democrat nut job friend at DFS, Teresa Cragon, testified against a Las Vegas foster parent and intentionally used a known false complaint as evidence. The foster parent then sued DFS for custody of the foster children and won. The foster parent then went on to sue the person who made the false complaint. DFS of course did not want any of this getting out and tried to hide the identity of the complainant and the complaint itself. But the court ruled against them. Oh well. Can’t hide everything Jennifer Erbes now can you? Remember, top ranking DFS officials LeighAnne Westenkirchner, Teresa Cragon, and the Clark County Dep. District Attorney Amity Dorman spent a few hours testifying AGAINST a Las Vegas foster parent using the contents of what they knew to be a false complaint.
